India's technology ecosystem has evolved dramatically over the past decade. What was once primarily known as an outsourcing destination has become a hub for product innovation, with Indian startups and companies building world-class products used globally.
The India Advantage
India produces over 1.5 million engineering graduates annually. The talent pool is deep, diverse, and increasingly product-oriented. Cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Ahmedabad have developed vibrant tech ecosystems with strong communities, incubators, and access to global markets.
Our Journey: Ahmedabad to the World
Incredere Group started in Ahmedabad, Gujarat — a city better known for its entrepreneurial spirit in textiles and pharmaceuticals than for software. But that is exactly what drew us here. The cost of operations is competitive, the talent is hungry and capable, and the city's business culture values trust and long-term relationships — principles that align perfectly with our name, Incredere, which means "to trust" in Latin.
Expanding to the United States
Establishing Incredere LLC in the USA was a strategic decision driven by customer proximity. While our engineering and development happens in India, having a US presence allows us to:
- Work in the same time zones as North American clients
- Understand market needs firsthand
- Build partnerships with US-based technology companies
- Offer local support and account management
The Product Pivot
For years, we delivered excellent services — VoIP solutions, mobile applications, web platforms, and ERP implementations. But we always aspired to build our own products. The services business gave us deep domain expertise, especially in communication technology. Now, we are channeling that expertise into proprietary softphone products that we believe will set a new standard for quality and usability.
Lessons Learned
Building a global company from India comes with unique challenges — time zone management, cultural differences in business communication, and the need to maintain consistent quality across geographies. But the rewards far outweigh the challenges. The combination of Indian engineering talent and global market access creates a powerful formula for building products that can compete with anyone, anywhere.
We are just getting started, and we are excited about what lies ahead.
